During this conversation we will work to collect information about the person needing care and discuss their individual needs and requirements, including finding our about the type of carer that you are looking to hire. We’ll talk you through the service we offer, answering any questions you may have and a discuss the ingrediants needed to make it all work – we not only match the care needs you or a loved one has but we also about their hobbies, interests and peronalities too so that we can make the best match carer that we can at the time.
At this time we can also provide you with a definitive weekly cost based upon your needs and wants and explain how the process works in detail.
Step 3 – We create your profile to present to carers who we think we be suitable
We will then put together information about you so that the matching process works both ways. We want you and your carer to both be happy togeather for the whole of the time that you want their help. We will discuss your needs with carers and shortlist the best candidates at the time for you to consider. Step 4 – Choose the right live-in carer
We’ll help you find a live-in carer. Once contracts have been signed, our Care Partnership Team will match a shortlisted selection of live-in carers which we feel most accurately suit your requirements. We will then send you a profile of each carer for you to choose your favourite and call you to answer any questions you might have.
Step 5 – Choose a suitable starting date
Once you are happy with your choice of carer we will then arrange a suitable starting date.
