Live in Care for Case Managers
At IP Live in Care, we’re really proud of how we lead with Physiotherapy, working together with a team of experienced NHS Professional Healthcare Managers and home care case managers. They bring their know-how and leadership to provide excellent live-in care services, making sure our clients feel well and comfortable. We also want you to know that we’ve got more than ten years of experience working directly with case managers, helping them and their clients succeed legally and in terms of health outcomes.
Our team of NHS trained staff brings a lot of knowledge and skill to how we take care of people. They’re really good at understanding and dealing with the different physical needs of each person, and they include therapies and exercises that match their personal care plans. This helps them move better, be more independent, and stay physically healthy.
Also, our professional healthcare managers in partnership are super important in making sure everything runs smoothly. They know a lot, which helps our care programs work really well and meet high quality and safety standards. They work closely with case managers to keep communication smooth, make sure care changes are seamless, and give personal attention to each client’s needs.
We want you to know that at IP Live in Care, we’re dedicated to offering complete and flexible care solutions that go beyond what you expect. We really want to make a positive difference in our clients’ lives, and we’re here to support case managers too.
Care Quality Commission (CQC) Approved Live in Care Available
We’re also flexible in how we provide care according to what’s needed. In our group, we offer live-in care services that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) approves, so they meet the best quality and safety standards. Or, you can choose to directly manage self-employed carers from the IP care family, which is a more budget-friendly option for the long term.
If you’re curious about how our experienced team can help you with care management, just reach out to us. We’re here to answer your questions and help you out.
