Screening

Once you’ve submitted your application, our recruitment team will screen your CV and invite you for an interview.

If you are successful at this stage, you will then be invited to the next stage of the process.

Step 3

Profile review

Here’s the chance to sell yourself in front of our carer registration advisor. This is your golden opportunity to impress us, so make sure you’ve done your homework and be clear on your best attributes. Here we will help you build your profile to show to potential clients, help draw out what makes you special and unique and suggest areas that could be improved – we will support you all the way to showcase your skills and experience.

If you are successful at this stage, you will then be invited to the next stage of the process.

Step 4

Training

To improve your confidence at work and equip you with all the skills you need to provide exceptional care, we offer a training programme suitable for your role but it is your responsablility to make sure your are condfident delivering what you are trained in. If you need more help or training then ask us and we can support your development. Whatever your role, wherever your ambition lies, we’ll give you all the support you need to do your job well. However far you want to go within this profession, we’ll get behind you all the way.

Step 5

Congratulations! If you have passed our screening and we are in receipt of successful DBS checks and references, you’re on your way to becoming an official member of the network.
