Live in Care that Gives Back to Charities
Our Charity Partnership Programme
We believe in giving back to the community. That’s why we offer a partnership programme where we make a donation to your charity for every successful referral. This way, people who refer others to our service can feel good knowing they’re supporting a worthy cause, and the charity benefits financially.
We understand that charities cannot recommend us directly, as they do not have first-hand knowledge of our care services. We never ask for a personal endorsement. Instead, we make it clear to anyone who reads the charity’s information that they must decide for themselves whether our live-in care is right for them. There is no pressure or obligation—just an open invitation to find out more.
Example Wording for a Charity’s Promotional Material
Here are a few friendly lines a charity might use when sharing our referral programme. Feel free to adjust them to fit your own style:
“If someone you know needs home care, you may wish to consider live-in care providers such as this one. They offer 24-hour support in the comfort of home. It’s important to do your own research and decide if it’s suitable. If you choose them and mention our charity’s name, they will donate to us—helping us continue our important work. There is no endorsement or recommendation on our part; we simply want to let you know about a potential option that also supports our cause.”
Below is an example post you could share on social media or your website:
“Thinking about care at home? This provider offers live-in care—meaning someone stays with you or your loved one around the clock, providing support while allowing daily routines to continue in familiar surroundings. If you decide it’s the right fit, they will make a donation to our charity when you mention us. Please remember, we are not recommending this service specifically; we just want you to know about an option that could help you and also benefit our organisation.”
What Makes Our Live-In Care Service Respectable
-
Fully Managed Care
We hold a Good rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and maintain professional affiliations that reflect our commitment to high-quality care—such as the Brain Injury Group, BABICM, and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. We are also an NHS-approved provider and collaborate with leading charities like the Stroke Association, Parkinson’s UK, and the Spinal Injuries Association. By coordinating every aspect of live-in care—from matching you with the right carer to ongoing training and oversight—we ensure reliable, person-centred support that meets recognised national standards.. This ensures people receive consistent, reliable help. -
Well-Trained Carers
Our team undergoes regular training to provide respectful, compassionate, and professional care. We aim to adapt to each client’s unique needs, whether they require basic companionship or have more complex conditions. -
Focus on Dignity and Independence
We help individuals remain at home, continuing daily routines and choices in a familiar space. This approach promotes self-worth, confidence, and comfort. -
Commitment to Safety
We have robust standards in place to protect everyone’s wellbeing. Should any issues arise, we respond quickly to ensure that our clients always receive the care they deserve.
By offering a charity-focused referral programme, we aim to do more than provide live-in care—we want to bring people together for a positive purpose. Your charity can join in without any worries about endorsing our service. We’ll make sure everyone understands that final decisions lie with the client or their family. If they do choose us, we’ll make a donation to support your charitable work. We appreciate your consideration and hope this helps you feel confident about how we operate.
